I had to cut down my nails .

I cut my nails , I can't have long nails anymore :( I really like the way long nails look. Not supper long nails though . I got contact lenses and it is hard to put them in and take them out with long nails. So I will be sporting shorter nails for a while until I get the hang of putting in my contacts . Any one have any pointers on doing your own acrylics ?
